Illuminated Pathways Coaching and Consulting is a small boutique firm specializing in executive coaching, project management, and operations consulting. Founded in 2021 and led by founder, LaKeisha Nivon, we are dedicated to supporting individuals and organizations in exploring the depths of their potential and identifying paths that lead them toward actualized progress.
Our approach is grounded in the belief of taking “one step at a time.” We focus on understanding our clients' strengths and unique abilities and highlight them in personalized coaching sessions or consulting engagements. Our goal is to develop clear next steps and innovative solutions that address their specific needs. By empowering minds and illuminating futures, we are committed to supporting leaders and organizations to move courageously and boldly on paths previously unknown.
LaKeisha Nivon has over 10 years of experience in nonprofit management, executive coaching, and building and managing high-performing teams. Throughout her career, she has supported C-Level leadership to actualize their visions at KIPP NYC, the ACLU, and currently at Khan Academy. LaKeisha received her BA in Psychology from Spelman College and an MS in Nonprofit Management with a specialization in Leadership and Change from The New School.

A la Carte Coaching Session: This one-hour coaching session is designed to help you gain clarity on your current goals, develop a personalized game plan, and address any challenges or questions you may have. I will provide you with the guidance and support you need to illuminate your path to your desired destinations.

Anytime Support: This service provides you with text, email, and phone call support between coaching sessions. It's designed to help you stay motivated, overcome obstacles, and receive relevant support related to the topics discussed during your coaching sessions. You'll receive updates on your remaining balance in 15-minute increments; unused minutes do not roll over. Please allow for a 24-48 hour turnaround time.

Monthly Coaching and Support Package: This package includes four one-hour coaching sessions and 90 minutes of any-time support. It's designed to provide you with ongoing support and accountability to help you achieve your goals. Coaching sessions will be scheduled at the time of purchase, and the terms of the Stay on Track anytime support service apply within this package.

Project Management/Consulting Consultation: This one-hour consultation is designed to help you define a potential project's scope, timeline, and deliverables. During this session, I will gather the necessary information to create a contract for a project management engagement that will help bring life to your vision.

Project Management/Consulting Services: Our project consulting services are tailored to meet the unique needs of the pre-consulted project, helping you achieve your desired outcomes and realize your vision. We'll work with you to create a customized plan of action and provide ongoing support to help you bring your project to life. The price and schedule of your project will be governed by an agreed-upon contract with you.
